The ManSachin Garg, the founder, first came to Australia inSachin and Arun 2003. Coming as a third generation hotelier, he has always possessed a passion for cooking and a zeal for learning. Prior coming to Melbourne, Sachin spent time in 5-star hotels in India, and almost 3 years in England learning the very best recipes and gaining hands on experience. It was 2003 when he came to work for the Indian master chef, Arun Chauhan at the Shiva Indian Cuisine, where for the past 23 years he has been serving the 'locality' of Toorak.
